1 General Terms

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. The Bengali version is always final and in the event of any dispute the Bengali text will take precedence.

1.1 Scope of Application

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

4.2 Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may be pending if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently available.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

as9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which users must read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
  • ৳32,000 deposit → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawal is possible only after wagering 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of one time.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
  • as9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the bonus program.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
  • If a promotion has specific terms, those terms take precedence over the general rules.

6 Gaming Policy

All games offered on as9999 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.1 Game Play Conditions

  • Sufficient balance must be available in the account to play games.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, as9999 reserves the right to cancel that round and restore the balance.
  • Wins displayed due to software errors or incorrect display are not valid; the server record is final.
  • If the internet connection is lost, active bets will be settled according to the server record.

6.2 Game Providers

7 Prohibited Activities
